How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider working safely beside a home in Morgantown

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Begunteeth Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Begunteeth Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Begunteeth Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You File One?

Email contact@begunteeth.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes After?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
